কী কী তথ্য নেওয়া হয়What we collect

• আপনার পরিচয়: নাম, ইমেইল ঠিকানা, ফোন নম্বর।Who you are: your name, email address and phone number.
• পেমেন্টের রেফারেন্স: কোন ওয়ালেট (বিকাশ/নগদ), ট্রানজেকশন আইডি, টাকার পরিমাণ আর যে নম্বর থেকে পাঠিয়েছেন। আপনার পিন, পাসওয়ার্ড বা ব্যালেন্স আমরা কখনো দেখি না বা রাখি না, পেমেন্ট মেলানো হয় ব্যবসায়িক নম্বরে আসা এসএমএস থেকে।Payment reference: the wallet used (bKash/Nagad), the transaction ID, the amount and the number you paid from. We never see or store your PIN, password or balance, payments are matched from the SMS our business number receives.

• সাইন-ইন লিংক ও কোড, ফলাফল, আর (আপনি চাইলে) সাপ্তাহিক প্র্যাকটিস ইমেইল পাঠানো।Sending sign-in links and codes, your results, and, only if you opt in, the weekly practice email.
• আপনার পেমেন্ট মিলিয়ে মক টেস্টের সংখ্যা যোগ করা এবং সহায়তা দেওয়া।Matching your payment, granting your mocks, and supporting you if something goes wrong.

If you use "Sign in with Google", we receive only your verified email address and basic profile name, never your password, and no access to anything in your Gmail.

আপনার রেকর্ডিংYour recordings

স্পিকিং টেস্টের রেকর্ডিং রাখা হয় দুটি কারণে: আপনি যেন ফলাফলের পাতায় নিজের উত্তর আবার শুনতে পারেন, আর আমরা যেন ফিডব্যাক তৈরি ও যাচাই করতে পারি। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু থাকা পর্যন্ত এগুলো রাখা হয়। আপনি বললে মুছে ফেলা হয়।Speaking recordings are kept for two reasons: so you can play your own answers back on the result page, and so we can produce and check your feedback. They are kept while your account is active. We delete them if you ask.

আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট আর ফলাফল ততদিন রাখা হয় যতদিন আপনি এই সেবা ব্যবহার করেন, যাতে আগের টেস্টের সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে অগ্রগতি দেখতে পারেন। মুছে ফেলতে বললে অ্যাকাউন্ট, ফলাফল ও রেকর্ডিং, সবই মুছে ফেলা হয়। পেমেন্টের হিসাবের রেকর্ড হিসাবরক্ষণের প্রয়োজনে রাখা হতে পারে।Your account and results are kept while you use the service, so you can compare progress across sittings. If you ask us to delete, we remove your account, results and recordings. Payment records may be retained for accounting purposes.
